The brownie has been on my wish list for a long time now (since September :))) ) and I only had to wait until now.
The opportunity showed itself as 1) at Christmas I have more time to bake; 2) I have a big family, who can try and test them and 3) my father has a huge stock of hazelnuts from last year.
I chose Jamie Oliver brownie recipe, but adapted to my taste.
INGREDIENTS (max. 25*30 cm jelly-roll pan)
250 g butter, room temperature
200 g bitter-sweet chocolate
300 g powder sugar
80 g cocoa powder
65 g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
a large handful of hazelnuts (crushed)
Melt the chocolate and butter above boiling water. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder) in a separate bowl. In a third bowl whisk the eggs.

Melt the chocolate and butter above boiling water. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder) in a separate bowl. In a third bowl whisk the eggs.
First add the dry ingredients to the melted chocolate and whisk it thoroughly. Then add the eggs and whisk it with hand-held mixer until smooth.
Cover the jelly-roll pan with baking paper and pour the dough in it. Sprinkle it with crushed hazelnuts as in this way they will get nice roasted at the end.
Preheat the oven 180 degrees (350 Fahrenheit) and bake the brownie around 20 minutes. The middle will rise, but don't worry to will come around after cooling down. Its top will be hard, but it will remain spongy in the inside. Therefore, before cutting the brownie wait about 5 minutes.
