It seems I cannot take a break from making panna cotta. Here is a newbie, panna cotta with blueberry sauce.
I prepared the panna cotta just like I did with Cranberry Panna Cotta or with Panna Cotta with Mango Sauce.
INGREDIENTS
1 l heavy cream
10 dkg sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
gelatine powder corresponding to 1 l liquid
Boil all ingredients (except 2 tablespoon of heavy cream and the gelatine powder) on medium heat. When it is ready, add the gelatine (previously mixed with 2 tablespoon heavy cream) and whisk it until the gelatine melts. Pour it in glasses and put the glasses in the fridge.

Until the panna cotta is cooling down, make the sauce.
BLUEBERRY SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
30 dkg blueberries
juice of ½ lemon
2 tablespoon sugar
0.5 dl water
As in the case of the previously mentioned panna cottas, add all ingredients in a pan and heat it at medium heat until boiling. Then mix it in a food processor or hand-held mixer and place it back to the heat. You need 5-10 minutes and the sauce will be ready. Pour it on the panna cotta and put it back to the fridge for an hour.
