Mini Cream Tarts with Grapes

I had a lot of grapes, so I began thinking what to do with them. I searched on the internet, when I came across a delicious cream filling. 

The ingredients were mascarpone, heavy cream, honey and zest of lemon. 

For my 4 mini baskets I used 1 teaspoon zest of lemon, 2 teaspoon honey and 60 g mascarpone. 

I mixed them together and poured the heavy cream until it got a smooth creamy consistence. 

I bought some already-made sweet pastry baskets, so all I had to do was to fill them with the cream, and decorate it with some grapes. Here you are.
